To Install, configure and deploy solutions on customer network, and maintain security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software Able to support offshore team in setting up the equipment’s in customer lab or production, and to help with physical intervention (Power on/off node, removal/ insertion of cards, cables, SFPs/ XFPs, etc.) wherever needed Extend site support services during sensitive upgrades, sensitive network operations, critical technical support cases, along with offshore team Provide technical support to customers, ensuring timely acknowledgement and resolution of the issues and inquiries, via phone, email, or customer site visits on demand To execute test cases on customer environments (Lab & Production), which can not be executed by remote team To participate in monthly and weekly cadence meetings with customer, and sync-up with offshore for next level actions Understand the problem definition clearly by discussing with customer, and pass the information back to the offshore team Liaise with TAC, Product Engineering & R&D and to have a good understanding of customer network status and history Diagnose and troubleshoot system/ network problems, taking proactive measures to prevent future occurrences
